It has been our desire for a number of years to be used in the planting of new churches.
 

On June 12th 2022, Christ Sanctuary Feilding began meeting as a church plant on Sunday mornings, with a group of about 30 prayed out from CS Palmerston North.  

 

One of the convictions behind this plant is that more localised Christian community is a good thing,and that there is a need for more churches in smaller and rural places, rather than the expectation of travelling to the city.

 

Our hope is that Christ Sanctuary Feilding be another gospel embassy, planted to serve and reach those in Feilding, the wider Manawatu, and into the Rangitikei.

 

That we would be faithful in “Announcing the Finished Work of Christ to a Weary World.” And finally to give credibility to that message with a community of ‘natural enemies’ and those with nothing in common, who come together for the sake of Christ, in love. 
 

We hope for a close relationship between the churches for many years.
